Property Group Partners, formerly Louis Dreyfus Property Group, is a fully integrated real estate company with over forty years of experience building premier properties and luxury landmarks.

Capitol Crossing is a 2.2 million square foot mixed-use development that will occupy the largest contiguous undeveloped site in Washington, DC. This multi-phased development will be built over I-395, the active highway, utilizing a platform to support the mixed-use development.

Several large scale architectural models were created for this development that depict the overall master plan as well as the first phase of the project on Massachusetts Avenue. The architecture firms of SOM, KPF and Kevin Roche are responsible for the design of the various buildings. The lighting of the models is controlled via an iPad interface, so that each building can be seperately lit as well as in combination with other structures in the master plan.

Completed in collaboration with Radii Inc.
