FLEXIBILITY AND IMPACT
The CRE Finance Council (CREFC) is the trade association for lenders, investors and servicers made up of more than 300 companies and 11,000 individuals engaged in the $4.4 trillion commercial real estate finance industry. This annual three-day Miami event is CREFC's flagship conference and is attended by over 1,800 professionals from around the world — demanding a distinct and impactful visual presence. Given the broad range of application types, Union's solution was a kinetic brand system allowing for varying levels of intensity tailored to each situation.
IMMERSIVE BRAND EXPERIENCE
Covering three expansive floors of the Loews Miami Beach hotel as well as numerous off-site and exterior events, space activation required substantial environmental graphics. Through video walls, digital signage, structural and applied graphics, Union tailored a unique and immersive visitor experience from registration to closing reception.
FACILITATING CONNECTIONS
Executed in partnership with CREFC's A/V consultant Corporate Optics, Union designed and produced materials for a complete suite of digital components: guest registration kiosks, conference attendee app, stage displays and comprehensive schedule & advertising screens. Given the large number of speaker panels and breakout sessions inherent in a conference of this scale, at a glance access was a key consideration.
Union provided graphics to support CREFC's guest experience app provides exhaustive event schedule and speaker bio information.
A MORE DETAILED NARRATIVE
Union designed a 75-page brochure with comprehensive event schedule, speaker bios, hotel floorplan, sponsor advertisements, new member index and various editorial content. The brochure was complimented with a quick-reference At-A-Glance schedule.
SPREADING THE WORD
In the run-up to the conference, Union supported CREFC's 6-month advertising campaign, delivered print, email, social media and web banner assets — a registration-focused effort comprising hundreds of unique placements. Union developed a flexible yet consistent system that accommodated evolving messaging, sponsors and featured speakers that has served as the template for future CREFC ad efforts.

As with all conferences of this scale, crowd-pleasing, sophisticated swag is every attendees favorite takeaway. In service of this vast sponsorship opportunity that CREFC is more than happy to oblige, Union created the full gamut: from hotel key cards and water bottles to phone charging stations and escalator wraps.
